"The service I received was excellent. The flight was originally delayed by one hour and did not land until after 20.00. Mr Khan was waiting for me. There was a delay of over one hour because my luggage did not appear on the carousel and in the end I had to leave without it. Throughout Mr Khan remained polite and courteous even though I understand he may have missed other pick-ups. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr Khan for his patience and courtesy and would be grateful if you would pass this on to him.
